Welcome! We are pleased to see you have an interest in the Council of Citizens with Low Vision International (CCLVI).

Membership Year
Our membership year is from January 1 through December 31 of each year. If you are joining CCLVI for the first time and it is after July 31 your membership is good for the remainder of the current year plus for the upcoming year. If you are a current member paying your annual dues for the upcoming year, we thank you.
Methods for Joining CCLVI: Online, Phone & Mail
Please select one of the following options to submit your membership form and payment.
1 Online: Complete and submit the membership form online. (Click this link for online submission.)
If you select online payment, you will be transferred to a page to complete your payment.
2. Pay by phone: email our Membership Chair, Zelda. She will setup a convenient time to phone and assist you. CCLVIMembership@gmail.com
3. Pay by check: Follow these steps
- Download and complete our Membership form.
- Please return the completed form with your check made payable to CCLVI to Debbie Persons, CCLVI Treasurer, 5401 Southern Parkway Louisville, KY 40214-1327.

Membership has Benefits 
CCLVI membership benefits include, but are not limited to, the following.
CCLVI members
- Receive our newsletter, “Vision Access”, which is published six times a year.
- Receive membership to the American Council of the Blind and access to the monthly publication “ACB Braille Forum”.
- Are added to our members only email list (CCLVI-Members) to receive official organizational notification and information.
- May participate in committees, and if elected/appointed serve as a CCLVI Director or Officer.
- May attend open CCLVI committee and Board meetings.
- May participate and vote during our annual Membership Business Meeting.
- Enjoy, suggest topics and events for our weekly Zoom calls which include game nights, themed chats, technology topics, guest speakers, peer support, and more!
- Join our Zoom Team to help host and facilitate CCLVI Zoom events.
- Access skill-building and service opportunities such as leadership, technology, advocacy, and more through our programs and committees.
