Our Committee
The mission of the Children and Youth Support and Outreach Team is to provide information resources and a personal support network to children, youth, and their families. The gol is in order to assist all to navigating any barriers or challenges to having low vision. This mission may include the following strategies,
- Provide support for parents to create support networks.
- Connect families that have children with similar visual disabilities.
- Advocate for full-ride undergraduate tuition programs in all states for low-vision students
